Erica Miller

Europe Division Chief at U.S. Department of State

Erica Miller has extensive experience in international affairs, currently serving as the Europe Division Chief at the U.S. Department of State since January 2014, where additional roles included leading the South America and Pakistan teams. Previous experience includes a position as a Foreign Affairs Legislative Fellow at the United States Senate in 2013 and various roles at the U.S. Department of State from 2006 to 2012, such as the Afghanistan Counternarcotics Team Lead and Syria Desk Officer. Earlier in career, Erica was a Research Associate at the Chemical & Biological Arms Control Institute from 2001 to 2004. Erica holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs from The George Washington University and a Master of Arts in Law and Diplomacy from The Fletcher School at Tufts University.
