Jeff Browning is a seasoned project coordinator with extensive experience in overseeing alternative energy leasing and operations within the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management since May 2014. Browning has served as the point of contact for federal, state, and local agencies, as well as developers and stakeholders. Previous roles include gunsmith at XCAL Shooting Sports & Fitness, Leahy Vetting Assistant at the U.S. Department of State, and environmental biologist at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. Additionally, Browning has contributed to wildlife and hunting policy as a conservation chair with the Delta Waterfowl Foundation. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Environmental Science and Policy from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Science in Rangeland Ecology & Management from Texas A&M University.
