Katie Walker

Katie Walker is an experienced design professional currently serving as a Senior Designer and Digital Producer at the U.S. Department of State since July 2012. In this role, Katie has created and delivered essential training on Infographic Design for Foreign Service Officers and produced high-impact video content and marketing materials for the COP26 Climate Summit. Additionally, Katie has been engaged in freelance work as an Art Director and Motion Graphics Artist, managing projects from inception to completion for corporate clients. Previous experience includes positions as a 3D Artist at Pixeldust Studios, a Graphic Production Artist at Gannett | USA TODAY NETWORK, and a Graphic Artist at PBS. Katie holds a BFA in 3D Animation from the University of Colorado and an AFA in Digital Media Design from the Corcoran School of the Arts and Design at The George Washington University.
