Malcolm Temple

Malcolm Temple is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in public policy and project management. Currently serving as a Client Manager at APCO Worldwide since April 2022, Malcolm's previous roles include Project Manager and Program Officer at IOM - UN Migration from December 2018 to May 2022, and a Master in Public Policy Candidate at Harvard Kennedy School from August 2016 to May 2018. Additionally, Malcolm has held various positions such as Summer Associate at the Rwanda Development Board, Communications/Reports Officer with the World Food Programme, and Intern at the Office of U.S. Senator John McCain, among others. Malcolm holds a Master in Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School and a Bachelor of Arts in Culture and Communication from Ithaca College, further complemented by study abroad experience at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador and participation in the Princeton University Public Policy and International Affairs Junior Summer Institute.
