Molly Moran

Molly Moran has extensive experience in research operations and foreign service, currently serving as a Foreign Service Officer at the U.S. Department of State since July 2024. Prior to this role, Molly held various positions at Rescue | The Behavior Change Agency, including Vice President of Research Operations and Development, Senior Director of Research Operations, and Associate Research Director, contributing to the organization's growth from 2015 to 2024. Molly also has experience in monitoring and evaluation as a Learning and Evaluation Manager and Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist at Venture Strategies Innovations from 2010 to 2014. Earlier career highlights include serving as Outreach Director at Yale University in 2008-2009. Educational credentials include a BA in International Relations and English Literature from Hendrix College, as well as a Master's in Public Health and a Master's in Modern Middle Eastern Studies from the University of Michigan, complemented by studies at the Qasid Institute.
