Todd Paynter

Todd Paynter, an accomplished professional with extensive experience in government contracting, currently serves as a Senior Contracting Officer at the U.S. Department of State since 2008. Previously, Todd held contracting roles at the United States Department of Defense and Halliburton, where responsibilities included supporting military operations during Operation Iraq Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Liberty University, a Master’s Certificate in Government Contracting from The George Washington University School of Business, and several other advanced degrees and certifications in government contracting and acquisition management. Notably, Todd is a Senior Fellow in the Excellence in Government Fellows Program.
