Vince Blaser

Vince Blaser currently serves as a Senior Advisor for Public Affairs at the U.S. Department of State, focusing on the Bureau of Global Health Security and Diplomacy since October 2023. Prior to this role, Vince directed advocacy and outreach initiatives at the Sabin Vaccine Institute from July 2020 to October 2023, emphasizing vaccine acceptance and demand. Vince also held leadership positions at IntraHealth International, managing policy and communications for the Frontline Health Workers Coalition, and contributing as a Senior Advocacy and Policy Advisor. Earlier experience includes positions at the International AIDS Vaccine Initiative, Global Health Council, and the Advisory Board Company, where Vince honed skills in new media, policy communications, and advocacy. Vince earned a Master of Arts in International Education Development with a focus on Public Policy from Columbia University and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Journalism from Colorado State University.
