Cheris Frailey

Cheris Frailey, M.A., CCC-SLP, currently serves as an Ethics Official for the U.S. Department of the Interior since August 2020. Previous experience includes the role of Program Director at the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies, where responsibilities encompassed management of healthcare boards, policy development, and oversight of licensure compacts. Cheris has also facilitated public speaking engagements and strategic planning through a private practice and held leadership positions at the American Speech-Language Hearing Association. Early career roles include significant contributions in speech-language pathology across various healthcare settings, impacting patient care and organizational processes. Cheris holds a Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Ball State University.
