Christopher Bell

Christopher Bell has extensive experience in acquisition and small business support within the federal government. Currently serving at the U.S. Department of the Interior as the OSDBU Director, Christopher Bell focuses on enhancing opportunities for small and socio-economically disadvantaged businesses in federal contracting. Previous roles include Senior Small Business Specialist and Procurement Analyst, where Christopher Bell provided crucial acquisition data and policy support. At the Office of Management and Budget, Christopher Bell led the development of financial assistance project visualizations under the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law and engaged in enterprise architecture advisement. Prior experience with the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service involved overseeing acquisition operations and procurement analysis, while initial work at the National Park Service centered on managing government contracts. Christopher Bell holds a Master of Public Administration from American University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Political Science from Truman State University.
