Estakio Beltran

Estakio Beltran currently serves as a Partnership Advisor at the U.S. Department of the Interior through an Intergovernmental Personnel Act Assignment Agreement with Native Americans in Philanthropy, focusing on strategic partnerships within the Office of Assistant Secretary - Indian Affairs. In parallel, Estakio is also a Partnership Advisor for Native Americans in Philanthropy. Previous experience includes a role as Director of Advocacy and Community Innovations at Yakima Valley Community Foundation and as Senior Advisor to the Director for Children’s Division in the State of Missouri, where significant initiatives to reform the foster care system were developed. Additionally, Estakio ran for Congress in Washington's 4th District, served in various legislative roles in the U.S. House of Representatives and Senate, and has a Master's in Public Administration from Columbia University, focusing on Urban and Social Policy, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Communication from Gonzaga University.
