Kenneth Dalton

Kenneth Dalton is an experienced legal professional currently serving as an Administrative Judge for the Interior Board of Indian Appeals at the U.S. Department of the Interior since April 2020. Prior to this role, Kenneth held various positions within the U.S. Department of the Interior, including Director of Indian Trust Litigation from February 2015 to April 2020 and Acting Director of Indian Trust Litigation from 2010 to 2015. Kenneth's earlier experience includes serving as Deputy Director of the Indian Trust Litigation Division and Attorney-Advisor in the Division of Indian Affairs from 2002 to 2010. Kenneth Dalton holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Rutgers University, obtained between 1999 and 2002, and a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising from Michigan State University, completed in 1992.
