Megan Caposell is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic human capital initiatives and cybersecurity policy. Currently serving as the Executive Program Manager at the U.S. Department of the Interior, Megan leads Department-wide policies focused on Workforce Planning, Succession, Manpower, Employee Engagement, and DEIA.
