Boemo Emily Mothibedi

Boemo Emily Mothibedi is an experienced professional in compliance and internal auditing, currently serving as the Assistant Director of Compliance and Oversight at the Department of Water and Sanitation since July 2022. Previous roles include Internal Auditor at the South African Police Service from May 2019 to June 2022 and Internal Auditor as well as State Accounting Clerk at the Department of Health South Africa from January 2012 to April 2019. Boemo's expertise encompasses financial management practices, knowledge of PFMA, DORA, Treasury, GAAP, and various internal procedures. Earlier experience includes functioning as a Client Services Clerk at Absa, where skills in client relations and banking regulations were developed.
