Kyle Clark

Kyle Clark has gained significant work experience in the animation and creative industry. Kyle most recently founded and served as the President of Department of Wonder since October 2021. Prior to that, they were the CEO of Flight School Studio from April 2017 to December 2021. Kyle also held executive positions at Reel FX Creative Studios, including Co-CEO from January 2016 to April 2017 and Chief Operating Officer from April 2004 to January 2016.

Before joining Reel FX, Kyle had notable roles such as Lead Animator at Microsoft Games Studio - Digital Anvil from 2001 to 2003, Lead Animator at Sony Pictures Imageworks from March 2000 to August 2001, and Animation Supervisor at Mooncrescent Studios from 1999 to 2000. Additionally, they worked as an Animator at Industrial Light & Magic from 1996 to 1999 and Digital Magic in 1996.

Furthermore, Kyle Clarkson's expertise was recognized, and they served as an Animation Professor at the Academy of Art University from January 1997 to January 1998. Kyle also gained foundational experience as a Render Wrangler and Shot QC at Cinesite in 1995. Kyle's extensive work history exemplifies their depth of experience and leadership in the animation and creative field.

Kyle Clark earned a Bachelor of Environmental Design in Architecture from Texas A&M University from 1990 to 1995. Kyle then pursued a Master of Fine Arts in Film, video, and computer animation from the University of Southern California from 1995 to 1997.
