Yusuf Tas

Yusuf Tas has over 8 years of work experience in various fields. In 2022, they began working as a Machine Learning Engineer at Department 13 | Drone Technology. From 2018 to 2022, they worked as a Software Developer at NCH Software. From 2015 to 2018, they worked as a Research Student at CSIRO, where they developed and implemented new ideas and algorithms in the field of Deep Learning. From 2013 to 2015, they were the Chairman of the Fatih University Robotics Club, where they informally lectured programming and embedded development courses. In 2013, they worked as a Part Time Researcher at TUBITAK, where they developed algorithms for face recognition from camera streams and autonomous car plate recognition from traffic cameras. In 2012, they worked as an Intern at C Tech Bilisim.

Yusuf Tas has a diverse educational background. Yusuf obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Computer Science from The Australian National University between 2014 and 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Fatih University between 2010 and 2014. Yusuf also obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Engineering from Fatih University between 2011 and 2014, and a Minor at Mathematics from Fatih University between 2012 and 2014.
