Victor Denouvion currently serves as the Maire of Mairie de Saint-Jory and the Président of Haute-Garonne Numérique. Since 2015, Victor has been a Conseiller départemental for the canton of Castelginest at the Conseil départemental de la Haute-Garonne, where responsibilities include digital delegation and leadership of the Education-Youth-Sports commission. In addition, Victor is an Enseignant at INSTITUT SUPERIEUR DE JOURNALISME DE TOULOUSE, focusing on political and administrative institutions. Previous roles include Responsable Aménagement du territoire et Marchés publics at Mairie de Pechbonnieu, 1er vice-président with the Sapeurs-pompiers de la Haute-Garonne, and various positions within Mairie de Saint-Jory. Victor holds a Master’s degree in Public Law of Territorial Collectivities from Université Toulouse 1 Capitole, complemented by a Baccalauréat in Economic and Social Sciences from Lycée Toulouse Lautrec.
