Erin Banicki

Erin Banicki currently serves as the Assistant Director of Learning & Development at DePaul University, where a new initiative for Student Employment Learning and Development was successfully built and launched for over 400 managers and 4000 employees. Responsibilities include conducting organization-wide training needs analysis and designing high-impact learning interventions. Erin also holds an adjunct faculty position and previously managed the EDGE scholarship program, overseeing operations across multiple departments. Prior experience includes roles at Loyola University Chicago as a Career Development Advisor and Northwestern University as a Career Counseling Intern. Educational qualifications include a Master of Education in Counseling from DePaul University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies and Geography from the University of Iowa.
