Michael Roberts

Michael Roberts, PhD, serves as the Senior Assistant Dean for Student Success in the College of Science and Health at DePaul University, where responsibilities include establishing the college's vision and strategy to enhance student success through various initiatives. With a robust background in academic services, Michael has led efforts in student advising and support, overseeing a team that served over 3,200 students and previously managing services for approximately 6,000 students in the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences. Prior to joining DePaul University, Michael honed skills in academic advising and strategic consulting at Loyola University Chicago and Harris Bank, respectively. Michael holds a PhD in Educational Leadership and Administration and has earned multiple degrees from DePaul University and Northern Illinois University, including an MBA and MEd.
