Sarah Brown

Sarah Brown is the Director of Faculty Development at DePaul University, with over a decade of experience in various instructional roles. Since November 2010, Sarah has led and mentored a team dedicated to delivering professional development programs for over 2,000 faculty members, achieving a 90% effectiveness and satisfaction rate while managing a budget of $80,000. Previous roles include Writing, Rhetoric and Discourse Instructor and Assistant Director of Faculty Development and Instructional Technology, in which Sarah successfully increased ePortfolio system usage and designed impactful faculty development curricula. Sarah holds an M.A. in Writing, Rhetoric, and Discourse from DePaul University and a B.A. in Secondary Language Arts Education and Creative Writing from The University of Findlay.
