Fiona Osier

Fiona Osier has extensive experience in leadership and program development within vocational services. As the Director of WorkGuide at DePaul since 2006, Fiona has achieved significant growth, including a 275% increase in staff development and a 433.33% increase in clients served, alongside an average annual revenue growth of 130%. Previously, Fiona served as the Assistant Director of WorkGuide, overseeing various programs and supervising a diverse team supporting individuals with disabilities in their employment pursuits. Fiona's earlier roles include the Assistant Director of Job Path at Arc of Monroe County, where responsibilities included program compliance and oversight, as well as leadership roles in community-based assessment. Fiona began a professional journey in 1997 at Hillside Family of Agencies, focusing on recreational therapy for children with mental health challenges. Fiona holds a Bachelor of Science degree from SUNY Brockport.
