Thomas Neal

Thomas Neal is a seasoned development professional with extensive experience in higher education fundraising. Currently serving as the Leadership Annual Giving Officer at DePauw University since April 2024, Thomas previously held several significant roles at Indiana State University from August 2021 to April 2024, including Director of Development for both the College of Health and Human Services and University College. Prior experience includes a position as the Leadership Annual Giving and Special Project Coordinator at Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology from September 2017 to August 2021 and a development internship at Indiana University School of Social Work. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Affairs with a focus on Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from Indiana University Indianapolis, earned in 2017.
