Sanja Sarac

Sanja Sarac is a professional with extensive experience in communication and people engagement. Currently serving as a Screening Content Coordinator and Communication Specialist at Toptal since January 2022, Sanja also holds the position of People Engagement Program Coordinator at Deploy Inc. since May 2021, where responsibilities include enhancing company culture through team-building events and supporting HR functions. Prior experience includes a decade at Emirates, where Sanja advanced from Cabin Crew to Cabin Crew Supervisor, leading a team to ensure exceptional in-flight customer service and handling various operational challenges. Sanja holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Italian Language and Literature from the University of Belgrade and graduated from the Philological High School Belgrade with a focus on the same field.
