Dillon Snider MBA, CEC, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program management and culinary operations. Currently serving as Program Manager at Deployed Resources, LLC since October 2024, Dillon held key roles at Palmetto Goodwill from October 2018 to October 2024, including Director of Contract Operations and Senior Project Manager. Previously, Dillon was the Culinary Department Chair at The Art Institute of Charleston from March 2012 to October 2018 and owned Season Charleston Personal Chef Service from August 2007 to January 2018. Notable culinary positions also include Executive Chef at Shine Restaurant & Bar and Chef Instructor at The Art Institute of Charleston. Dillon holds an MBA from The Citadel and a B.S. in Business/Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University.
