Jennifer Lizotte Figgs has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Jennifer is currently working as the Human Resources Director at Deployed Resources, LLC, a position they have held since December 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at the same company from September 2020 to August 2023.

Before joining Deployed Resources, Jennifer worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at Veritas Collaborative, LLC from October 2018 to September 2020. Jennifer Lizotte Figgs, MHRD has a diverse education history that includes a master's degree, a bachelor's degree, and an associate's degree. Jennifer earned their Master's Degree in Human Resources Development from Clemson University between 2013 and 2015. Before that, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from William Peace University in 2013. Prior to their bachelor's degree, Jennifer obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in General Studies from Piedmont Community College from 2002 to 2004.

In addition to their academic achievements, Jennifer has also obtained several certifications. In April 2021, they became a Crisis Prevention Instructor from the Crisis Prevention Institute. In December 2016, they obtained an OSHA 30 certification from OSHA. Furthermore, in January 2013, they obtained the certification of Registered Laboratory Animal Technician from AALAS.
