James Loach is a seasoned professional in customer experience and operational excellence, currently serving as Head of Operational Excellence at Depop since November 2022, also taking on the role of Interim Head of Community Support. Prior experience includes leadership positions at Harry's, Inc. as Senior Customer Experience Manager from April 2017 to October 2022, and at YOOX NET-A-PORTER GROUP as Global Sales and Customer Care Manager for MR PORTER from November 2015 to April 2017. James has also held various roles at Groupon EMEA from August 2011 to August 2015, culminating in the position of Head of Customer Service for Northern Europe. Educational qualifications include a BA in Philosophy from the University of Nottingham, obtained between 2005 and 2008, complemented by a foundational education at The Latymer School from 1998 to 2005.
