Katie Pound is an experienced hospitality professional with a diverse background in customer service and restaurant management. Currently serving as a Cocktail Server at Lala and a Server at georges at the cove, Katie has also held significant roles such as Manager of an e-commerce store at Depop, overseeing various operational aspects including product research and customer service. Past positions include Lead Server at The Gourmet at Kenilworth, where recognition was earned for achieving high guest check averages and mentoring new staff, as well as roles at Nick's Fish House, MACKY'S GRILL INC., Alexanders Tavern, and Catonsville Gourmet, showcasing a consistent record of increasing sales and enhancing guest experiences.
