Ann MacDonald

Ann MacDonald is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client services and corporate integration. Currently serving as Senior Director of Client Services at Deposita since May 2016, Ann utilizes expertise in call center operations and service support. Previously, as Vice President of M&A Integration at ADT, Ann successfully managed the integration of acquired companies, notably achieving key cost and synergy targets. Ann's trajectory includes significant roles at Devcon Security as SVP, where oversight of Finance, HR, and compliance operations occurred, and as Treasurer at Carlisle Management Services, driving treasury and cash management strategies while closing numerous acquisitions. Ann's early career includes vital finance roles at Tyco International and ADT Limited, where comprehensive tax planning and financial structuring were implemented. Ann holds an MBA in Finance from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management and a BS in Agricultural Economics from Cornell University.
