Karisma Sandoval

Karisma Sandoval is a dynamic digital marketing professional with extensive experience in paid social management and account coordination. Currently serving as the Manager of Paid Social at DEPT® since April 2024, Karisma previously held the position of Digital Marketing Account Associate at 3Q Digital. Prior roles include producing daily newscasts at TEGNA, where collaboration with digital teams enhanced online content and engagement, and serving as a Broadcast Producer for Arizona PBS. Karisma's background features diverse roles in communications and media, including leadership positions in student organizations and impactful internships that strengthened skills in content creation and audience engagement. Karisma holds a Bachelor's degree in Broadcast Journalism, along with a minor in Digital Audiences, from the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication at Arizona State University, and a minor in Business with a certificate in Sales and Marketing Essentials from the W. P. Carey School of Business.
