Nada Lalchevska

Nada Lalchevska is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as a Talent Sourcer at DEPT® since November 2024. Previously, Nada worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and Talent Sourcer at Psyent, a consultancy focused on psychological science in recruitment and organizational development, from May 2022 to November 2024. Nada has also held roles as a Talent Specialist and Talent Acquisition Specialist for various companies including Gelato, Aircall, and Kaisa through Psyent. Earlier experience includes a position as a Legal Assistant at the Law Office Janev and as a Program Assistant at the National Democratic Institute, providing support in legal processes and program management. Nada holds both a Master of Laws (LLM) in Constitutional Law - Human Rights and Democracy and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) in Law from Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje.
