Richelle Reed has extensive experience in customer success and management across various industries. Currently serving as the Manager of Customer Success for North America and Europe at Deputy since January 2022, Richelle is also a Partner at Feral Fox Creative, where strategic design and development are key focuses. Previously, Richelle worked at Squarespace as a SaaS Account Executive and Customer Success Manager for the enterprise sector from August 2015 to January 2022. Earlier roles include Sales Manager at Nordstrom and Operations & Marketing Manager at Mt. Hood Custom Design. Richelle began a career in retail as a Store Manager at Zumiez. Richelle holds a Project Management Certification from Portland State University.
