Mark Lumer

Mark Lumer has a diverse work experience that spans several decades. Mark started their career in 1975 at NCMA, where they held the role of Contracting God until 2010. During their tenure, they were responsible for managing a significant amount of government contracts.

In 1995, Mark joined the Army Space and Missile Defense Command as a Contracting Executive. In this role, they oversaw contracts worth over $15 billion and supervised a team of approximately 110 employees across multiple locations in the U.S. Their successful stint with the Army lasted until 2008.

Mark then transitioned to Booz Allen Hamilton, where they worked as a Consultant Extraordinaire from 2008 to 2009.

In 2017, Mark joined Deque Systems, Inc as the Vice President of Contracts, a position they currently hold.

Their most recent role is at Whitty IT Solutions LLC, where they served as the Chief Operating Officer from April 2019 to June 2019.

In June 2019, Mark started their own company, Mark Lumer and Associates, and assumed the role of CEO.

Mark Lumer's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in History from SUNY at Buffalo, which they obtained between 1968 and 1972. Additionally, they earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management, General from American Graduate University from 1980 to 1984. Later on, between 1992 and 1993, Mark pursued a Master of Military Science (Equivalent) in Military Industry Studies at the Industrial College of the Armed Forces (ICAF) located in Washington DC.
