Luisa Sanchez

Luisa Sanchez currently serves as Vice President of Budget Analysis and Contracts and Chief of Staff at The New York Foundling, where responsibilities include coordinating with senior management to develop and implement strategic initiatives that enhance service quality. Prior experience includes roles at the New York City Mayor's Office of Management and Budget, where Luisa held positions such as Assistant Director and Deputy Assistant Director, leading teams to improve business processes and capital reimbursement systems. Additional experience encompasses serving as Director of Policy and Strategic Initiatives at SCO Family of Services and Senior Policy Associate at the Citizens' Committee for Children of New York. Luisa's career began at the New York City Council as a Supervising Legislative Financial Analyst. Academic qualifications include a Master of Philosophy in Public Policy and a Master of Science in Management and Urban Affairs from The New School, as well as a degree in Political Science from the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras.
