Jane Witherow

Jane Witherow has a long-standing career at Derby City Council, starting in August 1999, where Jane currently serves as the Head of Customer Engagement and Registration Services. In this role, Jane oversees Derby Direct, the council's contact centre, which manages inquiries for over 50 services with a team of approximately 50 staff members. Jane's previous positions at the council include Senior Project Manager for eServices and various managerial roles within customer service. Earlier professional experience includes working as an Aftersales Advisor at Mark Campbell Motors from 1996 to 1998. Jane holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Management Studies from the University of Derby and further education in management and leadership from Noel Baker Community School.
