Governance and Oversight

The Governance and Oversight team at Derby College is responsible for ensuring effective leadership and strategic direction within the institution. Comprising a diverse group of governors, including independent members, the team oversees compliance with regulatory requirements, sets policies, and monitors performance to uphold the college's mission of delivering high-quality education and training across Derby and Derbyshire. The Chief Executive and Clerk facilitate the governance process, ensuring transparency and accountability in decision-making.
