Nicholas Jones

Nicholas Jones is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in technical support and system management. Currently serving as an IT Support Technician at Derby Public Schools USD260 since December 2021, Nicholas previously worked as a Desktop Analyst at Butler Community College, where responsibilities included managing Tier 2/3 support tickets, overseeing desktop configurations, and automating tasks through PowerShell scripts. Nicholas has hands-on experience with Jamf, SCCM, Active Directory, and various audiovisual systems, along with a solid educational foundation, holding a Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from Fort Hays State University and an Associate's degree in Internetworking Management and Cyber Security from Butler Community College.
