Traci Pierpoint

Traci Pierpoint is an experienced professional currently serving as an HR Generalist and Secretary to the Assistant HR Superintendent at Derby Public Schools USD260 since August 2022, while also holding the position of Payroll/Benefits Assistant. Prior to this role, Traci has been the Vice President at Gressel Oil Field Service, LLC since December 2018 and worked at Star Flooring & Decorating from November 2014 to October 2018, where responsibilities included New Construction Operations Manager and New Construction Project Coordinator & Design Manager. Previously, Traci served as an Associate Buyer at Star Flooring & Decorating and completed marketing and public relations internships with the City of Wichita Kansas and the Kansas State Treasurer Campaign. Traci holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Friends University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Communication from Emporia State University.
