Carly Cotterill

Carly Cotterill is an experienced Performance Analyst currently leading the analysis of Stop and Search, Use of Force, and Officer Safety at Derbyshire Constabulary since January 2022. Prior to this role, Carly contributed to the East Midlands Special Operations Unit from January 2018 to January 2022, where responsibilities included maintaining national performance systems and overseeing data submissions. Earlier positions included serving as Red Top Coordinator and In-Service Engineer at Expleo Group, focusing on safety issue coordination and cost-saving initiatives for Rolls Royce, respectively. Carly holds a Master’s degree in Physics from Durham University, obtained in 2012, and completed education at Ecclesbourne School from 2000 to 2007.
