Ian M. Bryson

Civil Rights lawyer, Ian Bryson, works with individuals whose civil rights and civil liberties are at risk. Ian concentrates his employment law practice on protecting whistleblowers and prosecuting complex class action lawsuits. He regularly represents workers in wage and hour disputes and matters involving discrimination, harassment, hostile work environments, and retaliation.

Ian practices in state and federal court in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, and also before the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission and the New Jersey Division on Civil Rights.

In law school, Ian was a Marshall-Brennan Teaching Fellow, the Associate Notes Editor of the Rutgers Journal of Law and Religion, a competitor in the Hunter Moot Court Competition, and the recipient of several awards for Outstanding Oral Advocacy and Legal Writing. After graduating law school, Ian clerked for the Honorable Francis A. Polito, Chief Administrative Law Judge at the EEOC in Philadelphia. He also clerked for the Honorable John E. Harrington of the Superior Court of New Jersey.

Ian is known for taking on prominent government officials and big corporations on behalf of his hard-working clients.
