Laxmi Shankar Khadiya

Laxmi Shankar Khadiya has a diverse work experience starting from 2016. They began as a Summer Intern at the Saras Dairy Plant in June 2016. Later in the same year, they served as the Management Head for the Global Alumni Meet. In 2017, Laxmi had a Summer Internship at JK Lakshmi Cement Ltd. and also held the role of Organising Secretary for Blitzschlag'17. In 2018, they joined VGL Group as a Graduate Engineering Trainee and worked their way up to roles such as Assistant Manager and then Deputy Manager Production. During their time at VGL Group, Laxmi was involved in various responsibilities such as production improvement, process control, quality control, and refinery operations. They also participated in CSR activities. In 2022, Laxmi transitioned to Derewala Industries Limited as the Refinery Head. Additionally, in 2016, Laxmi was the General Secretary for SPIC MACAY, where they promoted Indian classical music and culture among youth. They also served as the Coordinator for Unnat Bharat Abhiyan, MNIT during the same period.

Laxmi Shankar Khadiya completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Chemical Engineering at Malaviya National Institute of Technology Jaipur. Laxmi Shankar pursued this degree from 2014 to 2018. In addition, they obtained a certification in Negotiation masterclass with George Kohlrieser from WOBI in February 2022.
