Jia Yung Hue

Jia Yung Hue is a seasoned talent development professional currently serving as the Talent Development Team Lead at Deriv since June 2019. In this role, Jia Yung leads the employee onboarding program and designs engaging learning initiatives focused on critical topics such as AI, Automation, and Data Security. Previously, Jia Yung held positions at Deriv as a Senior Talent Development Executive and Risk Management Executive, where responsibilities included facilitating onboarding for new hires and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines. Prior experience includes working at PayPal as a Risk Operations Agent and Protection Services Executive, contributing to software development discussions and effectively resolving customer disputes. Jia Yung's career began as a 3D Animator at Silver Ant Sdn Bhd, collaborating on projects recognized by the Daytime Creative Arts Emmy Awards. Academic qualifications include an MA in Animation from the University of Hertfordshire and a BA Hons in Computer Animation from Teesside University.
