Jolene D'Anastasi

Jolene D'Anastasi is an experienced compliance professional with a strong background in operations and risk management. As the Compliance Operations Team Lead at Deriv since May 2018, Jolene oversees the Compliance Operations department and serves as Deputy MLRO for the MFSA licence, focusing on AML/CFT regulations for multiple licences and regulatory compliance. Previous roles at Deriv include Senior Compliance Executive and Compliance & Risk Management Executive, where responsibilities encompassed AML-CFT risk management, KYC checks, and compliance policy adherence. Prior to Deriv, Jolene held positions at AX Hotels as a Sales Coordinator and Reservations Agent, and at Meeting Point Malta, developing skills in reservations and customer service. Jolene holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the London School of Commerce and a Bachelor’s degree in Tourism Studies from the University of Malta.
