Justin Goldsmith

Justin Goldsmith is an accomplished engineering and IT leader with extensive experience in technology innovation and systems development. As VP of Engineering at Deriv since December 2022, Justin previously served as IT Director at Quai Digital, where key achievements included the formation of an in-house IT function and infrastructure refresh. Prior roles include Head of Technology Innovation and Head of Systems Development at James Hay Partnership, where Justin contributed to the adoption of Robotic Process Automation and led recruitment efforts for the IT team. Justin's diverse background encompasses program management and software development with notable contributions to organizations such as IFG Group, Isban UK, Abbey, and DAI. Justin holds a BEng & Com in Manufacturing Engineering & Business Studies from the University of Birmingham.
