Lipika Sethi

Lipika Sethi is a seasoned professional in engineering management with extensive experience in project management and business analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Deriv since June 2020, Lipika also held roles as Frontend Manager and Senior Project Manager. Prior to this, Lipika worked at I2S Business Solutions from April 2013 to June 2020, successfully launching over 80 campaigns for clients across Asia, Australia, and Africa. Earlier experience includes positions at Infosys as a Technology Analyst and IBM India as a System Engineer, where significant contributions were made to software design and efficiency improvements. Lipika began a career in software engineering at HCL Technologies, focusing on software modifications and enhancements, and holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Maharshi Dayanand University.
