Lydia Elpida Kourousi

Lydia Elpida Kourousi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in payment solutions and project management. Currently serving as the Manager of Payment Solutions at Deriv since February 2020, Lydia has successfully managed the integration of multiple payment systems and effectively coordinated the resolution of various systemic issues. Prior to this role, Lydia held positions as Purchasing Supervisor at ML Components GmbH, where management of a multinational team and identification of market trends were key responsibilities. Additionally, Lydia has gained valuable experience through internships at the National Bank of Greece, Total Quality Consultants, and AIESEC Piraeus, culminating in a Master's degree in Financial Risk Management from the University of Glasgow and a Bachelor's degree in Business/Managerial Economics from the University of Piraeus.
