Noah Fosse

Noah Fosse is a Partner at Derive Ventures since August 2022, previously serving as an Investment Banking Analyst at Eastdil Secured, where responsibilities included corporate advisory and M&A. Prior experience includes a role as a Student Member at the Michigan Ross Real Estate Fund, focusing on modeling acquisitions and risk analysis for Core Plus investments in the Midwest. An internship at Cushman & Wakefield involved analyzing lease agreements and developing marketing strategies, along with conducting localized market research. Noah began an internship at Singh Investors in July 2017. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan and graduate studies at the University of Michigan - Rackham Graduate School. Early education was completed at Westminster School and Cardigan Mountain School.
