Erin Way Edd

Erin Way EdD, BCBA, LBS is an experienced professional in the fields of healthcare and education, currently serving as the Vice President of Strategic Initiatives at DermDox Group and Vice President of Healthcare at Seven Isles Capital since January 2025. Prior to these roles, Erin held several positions at Mission Autism Clinics from July 2022 to January 2025, including Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Clinical Operations. Erin's earlier experience includes leadership roles at Melmark, such as Director of Educational Services, and positions at the New England Center for Children. Erin earned a Doctor of Education (EdD) in Educational Leadership from Immaculata University and holds a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Northeastern University, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Worcester State University.
