Dan Meador

Dan Meador has a diverse and extensive work experience in the real estate industry. Dan is currently the Executive Vice President at Dermody Properties since March 2020. Before that, they worked as the Regional Director/Market Leader at First Industrial Realty Trust from November 2012 to January 2020. From 2007 to 2014, they served as the President of Carmel United Soccer Club. Dan also held positions such as Managing Director at CassidyTurley from February 2011 to November 2012, Senior Vice President at Kite Realty Group from February 2007 to February 2011, and Vice President at ProLogis from 2003 to 2007. Dan started their career at Jones Lang LaSalle and worked there as a Senior Vice President from April 1990 to December 2003.

Dan Meador attended the Boston College Graduate School of Management from 1985 to 1987 but did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study. Prior to that, from 1977 to 1981, they attended the University of Cincinnati Carl H. Lindner College of Business, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Accounting Finance. In addition to their formal education, Dan Meador obtained the SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors) certification in June 2011.
