Timothy Walsh has over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry. Timothy is currently the Partner and Chief Investment Officer at Dermody Properties since February 2016. Prior to that, they worked as the Principal and Core Portfolio Manager at Exeter Property Group from May 2011 to January 2016. Before joining Exeter, they were the Senior Director of Industrial Fund Management at Wrightwood Capital from November 1997 to April 2011. Timothy also served as the General Manager at MB Real Estate from June 1991 to November 1997 and as a Senior Property Management Accountant at Arthur Rubloff & Company from June 1989 to June 1991.
Timothy Walsh obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance from the University of Notre Dame, where they studied from 1985 to 1989. Following this, they pursued further education at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, earning an MBA in Real Estate, Management and Strategy, and Organizational Behavior. Timothy attended Kellogg School of Management from 1994 to 1997.
