Denise commenced her career with Derrycourt Cleaning Specialists in 2000 and has worked in a variety of departments including Finance, Administration, IT and more recently the area of customer service and satisfaction with her main focus on Client Management Systems and Helpdesk functions.

Denise works very closely with all departments to develop a very customer focused organisation. Her Team are available to their clients, regional managers and their teams to support their requirements whether it is additional service requirements, making changes to existing services or the scheduling of planned cleans.

Denise’s experience within Derrycourt ensures Derrycourt stays ahead in all areas of customer attention and satisfaction. She has been instrumental in the development of their CRM system, monitoring and reporting systems for their clients.
