The Guest Services Team at Des Moines Performing Arts ensures a seamless and enjoyable experience for all patrons. They manage front-of-house operations, including ticket resolution, seating assistance, and addressing guest inquiries and concerns, to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction at the Des Moines Civic Center, Temple Theater, and Cowles Commons.
